The making of a fully automatic winch with two speed reduction and a capacity of 200meter 8mm steelcable

      
 

To buy one of this kind will cost more the US 1000, therefore I had to make one myself.

     
 

Using a 380VAC motor with wormgear drive reductor and some brearings will be enough.

     
         
         
 

The motor has a two speed operation of 2 meter/minute and the second one is 6 meter/minute.

     
         
 

Using an DHALANDER WIRING to operate the motor for double speed (1500/3000 rpm)
